Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
